Any activity conducted through your account, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, will be treated as having been authorized by you. All jl30 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All balances, deposits, bonuses, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. No currency conversion is applied by jl30. Third-party payment processors (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BPI) may apply their own terms and conditions.

Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — under five (5) minutes on average during standard operating hours; BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank bank transfers — same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, jl30 maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. Your PHP balance is protected independently of jl30's operating finances.

All content on the jl30 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, game content, text, data compilations, and the jl30 trademark — is the property of jl30 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gameplay purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content. Unauthorized use of jl30 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
THE JL30 PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, JL30 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
jl30 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond jl30's reasonable control; (b) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security; (c) losses arising from your gambling activities, including but not limited to wagering losses; (d) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl30's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
jl30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; direction by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority; account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
Upon termination for breach, jl30 may forfeit any bonus balances. Verified real-money balances in excess of any forfeited bonuses will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and anti-money laundering checks. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting jl30 support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl30 Platform shall first be submitted to jl30's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, as applicable. For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
jl30 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or urgent security necessity.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
